1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using GameStats (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GameStats is a mobile application that allows users to track, rate and share their video game activity. Game information comes from IGDB, a public database from Twitch. GameStats is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information.

3. Acceptable Use

By using GameStats you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile and reviews.
• Not post offensive, discriminatory, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not use the App to harass, threaten or harm other users.
• Not attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Not use bots, scrapers or automated methods to extract content from the App.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on GameStats (reviews, ratings, lists, avatars). By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate or that violates these terms, without prior notice.

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

GameStats reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your access to GameStats at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Use.
• Your behavior harms other users or the community.
• A competent authority requires it.

You may cancel your account at any time from the App settings.

7. Pro Subscription

GameStats offers a paid subscription ("Pro") with additional features. The price, duration and renewal conditions are indicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. Refunds are subject to Google Play policy.

8. Game Data (IGDB)

Video game information (titles, covers, dates, genres, etc.) comes from IGDB, a database from Twitch Interactive, Inc. GameStats does not guarantee the accuracy of this data and is not responsible for errors or omissions in game information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameStats is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Intellectual Property

GameStats and all its elements (design, code, logos, icons) are the property of Marketing Social Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you through the App when we make relevant changes. Continued use of GameStats after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
